Now , We could team up in teams of 15 and stir up a storm in the company battles arena .To kick start our regular feature in the form of "Company Battles" we would be starting off with a "World of tanks - Company Night" on the 9th-Feburary-2012 . Date :- 09-Feburary-2012 Reporting Time :- 08 PM GMT The tier structure requirements as depicted below , The points represent the sum total of the teir of tanks . Up to Teir 4 ([Medium] Teir 2-4 [Heavy] Teir 4 [TD] Teir 2/3 [Lights] Teir 1-3 [Arty] Teir 2/3) - Points - 20-40 (Junior) Up to Teir 6 ([Medium] Teir 2-6 [Heavy] Teir 4-6 [TD] Teir 2-6 [Lights] Teir1-4 [Arty] Teir 2-4) - Points - 40-60 (Medium) Up to Teir 8 ([Medium] Teir 2-8 [Heavy] Teir 4-8 [TD] Teir 2-8 [Lights] Teir1-8 [Arty] Teir 2-6) - Points - 60-90 (Champion) Teir 10 ([Medium] Teir 2-9 [Heavy] Teir 4-10 [TD] Teir 2-9 [Lights] Teir1-8 [Arty] Teir 2-8) - Points - 150 (Absolute) To start with the event would be hosted for members and some militia militia members . The next edition would be opened to Members / Militia & Non - Members interested in our company . "World of tanks - Company Night" - Edition 1 1). The event would be open to all members and some militia members by invite only 2). The event would be played between Junior / Medium / Champion 3). It would be nice to have a mix of teirs , But if you dont have it , Its still Ok .Just make sure that you have atleast one tank for each teir . 4). The event has been Published in the Event Boards and request all members to register their intent here . http://www.bsbnetwork.com/events 5). The company would be formed by (Tin / BofH Or any senior member) 7). This would be a fun edition of the more serious Editions to follow , the learning would be carried forward to the next Company battle event . 8). Its on the EU servers This edition has been kept simple in terms of requirements with the intent of making this an fun event where all our members could have fun . Thus the event would not be over managed and would be flexible to accommodate any last moment ideas .Pls register your intent in the event boards or on this thread . Atrax 22 posts +1 Cookies	Great... I am so glad this is happening... ^^ Anyway, I do have microphone problem, and I will try to fix that until begining... If not, well I will still going to play... I will just need to type or something... Of course I will be on TS to listen comands and tactics... Yea... I do have Tier VIII IS-3 with 122mm D-25T Gun... But still far away from 122mm BL-9, which is only good gun on IS-3... Good news is that I also have Premium Tank Lowe... Well I think that's better option than IS-3... T9FURY 702 posts +81 Cookies Second Lieutenant	I think this will be a good night, so far I think I am the only one who has tried company battles and believe me they are brill. @ Atrax, the Russian T - 28 is quite good tank fully upgraded @ Cerve - Gotta work mate? Trust you to let the side down, can't you tell you have better things to do with your time? Lol. No worries mate, we'll keep the guns firing for ya. It would be great if EVERYONE could bring a varied tank selection if possible in the interests of fairness. also I would like to suggest that prior to each battle we nominate a battle leader for that battle. Everyone takes their commands from him. Don't rush, this actually works surprisingly well. Have fun! T9FURY 702 posts +81 Cookies Second Lieutenant	I think it stated off a good night but I felt members got demoralised half way through, I felt that some members felt obligated to be there. I think the trouble is it got treated like clna wars, a competition that had to be won and that was the wrong approach. This event was supposed to be pure fun, win or lose. We definitley need tanks along the following lines - KV - 3 - T1 Heavy - ARL 44 - Tier 4 TD's - Tier 4 Arty Also the purpose of having a battle commander was so the battles were organised instead of the chaos like a random battle and changing the battle commander gave everyone a chance to have a go, I felt the company battles I took part in before were awsome.Again we seemed to struggle with player numbers and had to rely on random players coming in which doesn't help. Saying that it was our first company battle and so, a learning curve. I think for the next one if we have the player numbers we should organise ourselves into platoons, and when we set off in our directions and get the first engagements if that platoon is outnumbered then they should back off until reinforcements can come.
